THE SHIFT FROM TOOLS TO AI COLLABORATORS.
The traditional SaaS paradigm is collapsing. We are moving toward a "Headless Enterprise" where AI agents operate across siloes, making trivial as well as high-stakes decisions and becoming irreplaceable parts of any organization.
Though there are plenty of obstacles and limitations with the current versions of generally available AI offerings, customized, adjusted, and fine-tuned agentic systems are very much operational today.
My mission is to find and leverage today's most advanced LLM-native frameworks to build and deliver tailored, working & value-generating agentic AI workflows for the real world. A key goal is to transform passive or under-utilized data sources into an invaluable active and agent-managed decision-making context.

AGENTIC CONTEXT ENGINEERING
You can't call Large Language Models a brand-new technology anymore, yet, over the last few years, some core problems and limitations have persisted. Arguably, the stickiest and most elusive problem stems from the age-old wisdom: "Garbage In → Garbage Out", which is the leading cause of hallucinations, doom-loops, price-spikes, forgetfulness, and many others. Managing the Context, Context Window, Skills, Prompts, and System Prompt are the biggest levers available to exert control and achieve reliability and repeatable results. It requires experience, solid, battle-tested foundations, and fine-tuned adjustments to bring out the most from your agents.
OPEN-SOURCE INFRASTRUCTURE
In this tech revolution, it became crystal clear that the massive communities that have formed around open-source AI, Agents, and Language Model Providers are the driving force of innovation in the space. Open Source won't win the race to the best and most powerful LLM, but it is miles ahead in the tooling around those models. The best way to stay up-to-date with the latest tooling evolutions in the ecosystem is to set up the needed infrastructure yourself in your own personal and private hosting environments while contributing back by sharing your experiences, code, docs, bug reports, plugins, or even entire new framework extensions.
NO ONE KNOWS - BUILD WHAT WORKS
No one knows which exact tech, framework, process, tool, agent, or model will survive when the wave hits the banks. Heck, at times, it feels like using a tool that was released last week is using old and outdated tech. Building solutions that solve current (or future) problems and managing to release and deliver on them already puts you in the top 10% bracket. Realistically speaking, most people and engineers lack the time or resources to fully invest or commit; others see AI and agents as a plaything or "checkbox exercise". What matters most in the current environment is to find tech that works or make it work for you and your use cases.
